Samuel Eugene McGill, Sr., age 29, of Whitehall, Ohio, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 18, 1984. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George McGill, Sr; and John and Katherine Leonard. Sam is survived by his parents, George and Ramona McGill; grandmother, Hazel McGill; significant other, Keyanna Calhoun; sons, Samuel Eugene McGill, Jr. and Sameir McGill; brothers, Kahlic Taylor, Aaron Green, Sr., and Jorkeem (Candyce) McGill; sister, Naja (M. Jordan) McGill; nieces and nephew, Nadia Kendrix, Aaron Green, Jr., and Delkira Green; and a host of other loving family members. Friends may call on Monday, October 13, 2014 from 11:00PM-1:00PM followed by funeral service at 1:00PM at New Birth Christian Ministries, 3475 Refugee Road, Columbus, Ohio 43232. Elder Warren Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL.
