Sandra Thompson

Sandra L. Thompson, born June 20, 1944 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late John and Marion White, died on April 8, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio. She is survived by her loving daughters Tracy (Mike) Shaub, Kelly (Pat) Sanders and grandchildren Hannah, Ben and Mary Shaub.

Sandy moved from Trenton to Warren, Ohio after graduation from Pennsbury High School and began working at the Niles Times in advertising layouts and later worked in sales at Goldstein's Furniture. She was crowned Miss Niles in 1964 and soon after married Gary J. Thompson. She was dedicated to raising her daughters and supporting her former husband's career.

A talented graphic artist, Sandy also enjoyed many crafts, sewing clothes, baking cookies, reading books and making puzzles. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, "grand puppies" and closest friends.
