She was born December 1, 1942, in Houston, Texas, to Walter (Frenchy) and Lilly (DeRouen) Romero.
Sharon graduated from Incarnate Word Academy, was married twice, moved to Columbus to be with her sister, and made many lasting friends during her time here.
Sharon was a loving mother, sister, aunt, great aunt, and a loyal friend.
She is survived by her sister Bartrella Lamkin, her niece Suzanne Heck, her nephews James and William Lamkin Jr, and her great nephews and niece Patrick, Ethan, and Piper Heck. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Daryl, and her brother-in-law William Lamkin.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 1-3 p.m. at Schoedinger Northwest, 1740 Zollinger Rd., Upper Arlington, OH 43221. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Franklin County Dog Shelter, 4340 Tamarack Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43229 in the name of her beloved dog, Frenchy.
