Shirley A Riley

Shirley was born on March 10th, 1950, daughter of the late Richard and Agnes Riley. She graduated from Columbus North High School in 1968 and worked in the accounting offices at Lazarus Downtown Columbus for 20 years and spent several years working at Nationwise Auto Parts Corporate office.

She spent another 20 years at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry before recently retiring. Shirley loved spending time with family and friends playing cards and games. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, gambling and her OSU Buckeyes.

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Richard & Agnes Riley: her brother Richard Riley. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her: beloved sister and husband, Susan & John Rankin & family, of Galloway, Ohio. And her chosen family Micheal Acock, Judy Hast & family, Linda Hast & family, Michael “Mikey” Turner, Larry & Julie Baldwin, Nancy Beall & family, Jeannie & Lisa Butera, Sharon Carpenter & family, numerous cousins and many more friends.

Services will be held at 7pm, Friday, July 28th, 2017 at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High Street (1/2 miles south of I-270). Friends and relatives are invited to visit from 5-7pm that evening. Private interment services at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
