Sondra Gross

Sondra Gross, 79, of Westerville, unexpectedly passed away on June 28, 2021. She was born on September 22, 1941, in Middletown, OH, to the late Walter and Venida (Smith) Wise. In addition to her parents, Sondra was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe M. Gross; and her brother, Rodney Wise.

Prior to her retirement in 1996, she was employed as a Procurement Agent for the Defense Electronics Supply Center (DESC) in Dayton, Ohio.

Sondra will be greatly missed by her daughter, Traci (Michael) Borowitz; grandchildren, Allison (Noah Cochran) Connor and Alex Borowitz; sisters, Ginger (Donald) Jackson, Joyce Jackson, and Nieta Pearson; stepson, Michael (Linda) Gross; grandson, Tyler Gross and stepdaughters Kathy Rowlett and Kim Jones.

A funeral celebrating Sondra's life will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 11AM, at the Schoedinger Northeast location, 1051 East Johnstown Rd, Gahanna OH, 43230. A Public visitation will be held on Friday July 9, from 4PM until 7PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sondra's memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
