Stephen Lennon

Stephen R. Lennon, age 50, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 of Pancreatic Cancer at his home with his family beside him. Born March 18, 1961, a native of Coshocton, Ohio, he was a 1980 graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. He obtained a degree from OSU and a MBA from Ohio University. He loved his family, the Monks and golf. He enjoyed a lifelong career with the City of Columbus. Stephen was faithfully and lovingly cared for, and is survived by his wife of 22 years, Julie M. Lennon. He is also survived by his children, Katelyn and Ian; mother, Joanne Iaquinta and step-mother Diane Lennon; sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Ken Mulligan; mother-in-law, Mary (Dana) Stahlman; father-in-law, Bill (Karen) Youmans; sister-in-law, Lisa (Richard) Chubb; brother-in-law, Scott Youmans; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James R. Lennon and step-father, Theodore J. Iaquinta. Friends may visit 5-8pm Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna where services will be held at 10am Thursday; interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
