Stephen was born October 15, 1955 in to the late Ernest and Indus (Hoar) Wilkey. He died Friday January 15, 2010 at the Licking Memorial Hospital. He was 54.
Stephen was a lifelong resident of Newark, Consumer Support Services, worked at LICCO, attended the James Street Center; an avid Buckeye Fan, he loved going to the beach and pulling pranks on his friends.
