It’s been almost 14 years Steve since I saw your face, heard your voice or touched you. Not a day goes by still that I don’t miss you and wish you wouldn’t stayed. You have 3 absolutely beautiful grandchildren now that you would love and be spoiling so much! Your girls are thriving and doing well, they miss you and there will always be a void in their hearts so keep watching over them and maybe give them a sign every now and then on the harder days. I hope you found the peace you were seeking. I love you more ❤️

It has been soo long since I have written on here or even looked at this page. It is just easier for me to not and keep my feelings inside. I am doing well, I have a beautiful little girl who Is awesome. Your girls just love her too!=) I finally got to meet your granddaughter and she is such a sweetheart and so beautiful, just wish she would have known you. Your girls are doing amazing and growing up so fast..I remember when I first met you and they were just 3,5 &11 now..12,14 & 20..  oh so long ago. I still don't understand your choice but I just pray you are at peace now. I will see you again one day. We still miss you and love you. Hope you are riding with thee angels. Keep an eye on my Gma's and Gpa's =)

Father's Day is Sunday.  This is the second Father's Day without you for your daughters.  I hope the children in the world who still have their daddy's realize how lucky they are.  Kassidi didn't even remember when Father's Day was and I reminded her last night that it was Sunday.  Maddie and Kass used to get so excited to pick something out for you, even if it was some  little thing they found in their room which they thought you would like.  You always loved it because it came from their heart.  We miss you Steve, I miss my dad.  Father's Day just doesn't have the same meaning to us anymore.  Almost a day that could go by without notice because of the hurt it signifies for us.  Please as always watch over our family this weekend.

A whole year today, wow Steve...can't believe it's been that long since our girls saw your face.  We miss you, I miss you, everyone who knew you misses you.  I know when I write on here that I'm not technically talking to you, but for some reason it makes me feel like I am.  Yesterday was Kassidi's 5th grade graduation.  It was at the same church where I last saw you alive, one year ago today.  How the memories of that day overwhelmed me during her graduation.  I couldn't fight the tears back.  I know most people thought they were tears because she was going onto middle school, if only they knew.  If only I would've known last year what was going through your head.  The things I would've said, the things I could've done.  I just didn't know, no one did and now you are gone and we can't help you with the pain you were having.  Kassidi and Maddie are doing good.  Kassidi had a hard night on Thursday when she realized you wouldn't be there yesterday.  I try to calm her, but I don't have the words to make the hurt go away.  Ciarra is graduating.  She is a fine young woman with alot of potential.  Maddie just made 7th grade cheerleader.  She was very proud.  I wish you could be there to see her in her cheer outfit at her first game.  I know you would want to be there if you could.  Please watch over them as life keeps coming.  This past year has went by way too fast.  We miss you, but time doesn't stand still.  A whole year under our belt in the healing process.  We may be getting better, but the memories and the pain still comes when we least expect.  I hope you are peaceful, you deserve atleast that.  I know you left many unanswered questions.  I pray that some type of answers will come with time.  We all miss you Steve!

She looks so much like you. She's such a good girl despite all she's been through. She's graduating with a high GPA... I'm so proud of her.

The last day of high school for our beautiful daughter is quickly approaching, as she transforms into adulthood. I wish you were here to see this happen Steve. She doesnt even feel she can walk with her classmates because you arent here with her. I can only hope she finds strength in our weaknesses and mistakes. She misses you like crazy.

It's getting close to a year now since you left us.  The girls have been going to counseling and are ready to complete their session.  They are growing so fast and I am sure you are proud of the progress they have made.  April 26th is their final meeting with their counselor.  It's a special time where loved ones come and tell them how proud they are.  I hope you will be there in spirit, give them strength to get through the day.  I miss you Steve, I miss the side of parenting our daughters that you gave.  Yea, the running over here everytime Maddie needed a cough drop or the girls wanted a good night kiss was a little annoying.  But I would give anything right now to hear your knock at the door to just tell them anything!  You were the easygoing parent, and all kids love that one!  I just miss it, never thought I would say I do but I do.  I pray you are whole now and the peace you were seeking is with you.  Always be with us in spirit.

Maddie had a rough night 2 nights ago.  She came downstairs crying her eyes out.  I thought immediately that the girls must have been arguing or fighting about something, BUT...unfortunately she had heard a song on TV about a daddy who was a great daddy to his daughter.  It brought back memories of you and made her very sad.  She doesn't have very many days like that but when she does, it breaks my heart.  You left us too early Steve.  I still try to imagine the sound of your voice, or some of the goofy things you used to say which the girls would repeat.  We miss you every single day.  I pray that your decision put you at peace, it sure left alot of broken hearts in this world.  Please continue to be by our sides as we go through life without you.

I wanted to share my feelings on today which is suicide survivors day. There isn't a day that goes by when I don't think of you Steve and wish there would of been a different ending. I am healing and have no choice but to be strong and move forward. I will never say I understand because I will never but I can say that I will always miss you and have our memories tucked in a special place in my heart. Your girls are doing well..they miss you alot but they are coping. I can't imagine the pain you must of felt to chose to end your life but you couldn't imagine the pain we who loved you feel after losing you. I pray that your soul is at peace now and your watching over us all. I love you Steve

The days for me just keep getting sadder.  I lost my dad yesterday.  Maddie came to me and hugged me and said 'mommy, we both lost our daddies this year."  I said, 'yes we did honey'...then she said "but we loved them and they loved us and that's all that matters".  It was the sweetest thing to me.  you should be very proud of your little girls.  They are coping and growing and doing very good right now.  Thanks for looking down on them and giving them strength.  We miss you lots!

Missing you today for Father's Day.  I asked the girls what we could do to always honor you on this day.  I'm not sure what they want to do yet, but please know I will keep your memory alive within them.  Help us to be strong.  You were their best friend and they miss you immensely.

So I went to the spot, the place where you took your last breath.  I'm not sure why I did it.  I just wanted to be there, it's the only place that I can try to feel what you must have been feeling.  I can't even imagine it, but my mind makes me try.  I know we had talked about things.  I'm so sorry I must not have had the right words to say to make you feel better or we wouldn't be where we are now.  I tried to tell you that you had so many other things to live for than just your relationship! I tried to tell you that your children were a great reason to get over it and move on.  I know you didn't want to be alone and I'm so sad that you ended it just that way, alone.  Why couldn't you just tell me when we talked...give me some hint.  I know we didn't always see eye-to-eye and we didn't always say nice things, but I know you were the best dad you could be and you made our girls feel on top of the world.  This weekend is father's day.  I pray you will give me some strength to help our daughters and not make it so hard on them.  You will be in our thoughts....Happy Father's Day to one of the best dad's I know.

Well it's been 2 weeks tonight.  I can't even believe it.  Two weeks since you've been here to see these girls and 2 of the longest weeks of our lives.  We miss you.  We miss the man you were to our daughters.  I wish I had answers, I wish I could just tell them why.  I just can't get the fact that we will never see you again out of my mind.  I'm so sorry Steve, why didn't you talk to someone?  I promise to take the best care of our girls that I can.

When I think of Steve, I think of his kind eyes and smile.  I have to laugh when I think about the time Michele and I were having lunch and Steve met us on his Harley, he pulled up and had the Harley all loaded up with stuff he just bought at the Goodwill.  He was all happy and had that big smile on his face, it was so cute.  Ive never known another man who loved thrift shopping more than Steve, I always got such a kick out of that and I will never forget that day.
Ciarra, Madeline and Kassidi, your Daddy loved you all very much.   I know the days ahead are going to be hard but I hope the happy memories you made together will bring you comfort.  He will always live in your hearts.
The world has lost a very sweet man.  My heart goes out to all of his family and friends during this very difficult time.
Steve, I feel fortunate to have known you - may you rest in peace.

Bradley never said "Michele" without saying "Steve" when he first started talking and met Steve.  He took to him instantly and talked about him constantly.  It helped that Steve loved motorcycles and always had a huge smile on his face.  He was a gentle man.  You saw it in the way he cuddled with his daughters on the couch during the holidays at Dave and Connie's and the way he had such love in his eyes for Michele. That is what I will remember about him.  Bradley and I love you dearly Michele, Ciarra, Madeline and Kassidi.  You have a wonderful loving family to help you through this difficult time and the knowledge that Steve loved you all deeply.

You will be sadly missed. We know you loved Michelle and the girls with all your heart.  We will be there for them.  God Bless your family.

     I want to start by saying that I love you with all my heart and I miss you more then imaginable. We have been together over 6 years and it has been the best times of my entire life,know that you and those 3 amazing,beautiful girls made my life so incredible and I will NEVER forget our memories. I still sometimes wake up and roll over thinking you are beside me and then I realize your not there..I would give absolutely anything in the world to hold you in my arms again and see your sweet smile and to hear "good morning beautiful". I constantly think about the simple things that made US and the moments like Myrtle beach, camping, canoe trips, walks, zoo, bike rides, our cabin, punta cana, movie nights, carmel cake...your watches and sunglasses and my hoodies and purses, so many memories that I will never forget babe.I know you loved me, your girls, & your family with all your heart and you will be missed dearly. I promise you that I will keep your memory alive and I will always be there for Ciarra, Madeline & Kassidi and they know that, we are going to need each other now more then ever. You were an amazing father & husband Steve and as I told you I will visit our spot when I need to talk to you and please watch over me & your girls! I am trying to be strong Steve..I am but my heart is totally broken without you in my life.

I just wanted to say that I am very sorry for your loss of Steve.  When I knew Steve, we were still in high school.  My friends and I used to go to the dances in Lancaster.  I will always cherish those crazy and wonderful times that we had.   Steve was a true sweetie.  May God bless you all.  We were all blessed just by knowing him for the short time that we had.  I always laugh when I think of the things that we used to do.  I know that his mom probably wondered about him sometimes; but he was truly a very special person. I am so sorry for the loss of a great dad, husband, and friend.  I met Steve when him and Michele moved beside us on Park Street.  He always had such a great smile that his eye lit up when he talked and was so excited.  Brent used to ride bikes with Steve when he had his yellow softail. Steve and I shared a few years of our lives together at a young age. Our love produced his oldest daughter, Ciarra. She was his pride and joy long before she even entered this world. I am very sad that she and her father will not get the chance to nurture their relationship beyond her rough teenage years as I believe they would have been very close throughout their lives together. I am very sorry, I dont know what else to say. His passing at this young age means he will not see them graduate from high school and college, experience the joy and sorrow of their loves & losses and wont be able to spoil his future grandchildren. I hope they will always remember him as a Dad who loved them with all his heart & soul.

Steve worked for me in the moving business and he was a great worker and was devoted to his job but most of all he was devoted to his daughters. The love he showed for them was unsurpassed. I had not seen him for quite some time but offen thought of him. He was  always very friendly and his talk and expressions always showed his love and devotion to his wife and children. I don't know what to say.  This is the single hardest thing I have ever done in my life.  I can't keep the memories from going through my head.  The many years we spent together and then even when we were not together, you were always around to love and care for our daughters.  They were the light of your life.  Every single picture I have of you and one of your children I can see how your face is lit up.  I will miss you incredibly!  You were a great father to our daughters.  Even when we were angry with one another, I always knew that those girls were your #1 priority.  It's so hard to understand or to even fathom that you are gone.
