Steven L. "Bull" Harpst, age 66 of Grove City, formerly of Oak Hill passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Bull was born in Hartford City, IN to the late Leonard Harpst and Margaret Gray. Bull enjoyed his daily routine of lunch at Applebee's on Stringtown Rd. Bull is survived by his nephew Oscar (Theresa Miller) Holcomb whom he raised and was like a son to him; brother Brent Harpst; sister Jackie Clark; Bull was grandpa to Chase and Baley Holcomb; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
