Steven William Monett, age 62 of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021. Steven was born April 3, 1959, in Columbus, Ohio, son of Marie Monett and the late Joseph Monett. Steven graduated from Upper Arlington High School. He was a member of Local 189 and Local 683 and was President and Owner of Monett Enterprises. In addition to his father, Steven is also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Monett. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 42 years, Marcia (Stevens) Monett; daughters, Alecia (Chris Worman) Monett and April Criddle; grandchildren, Noah, Rhett and Marlee; mother, Marie Monett; brother, Joe Monett; sister, Suzanne Hoffman; nephews, Bill Hoffman and Steve Hoffman; sister-in-law, Marilyn Hoffman; brother-in-law, Bill Hoffman; dear mother-in-law, Alberta Stevens; and other extended family members and dear friends.
