

Steven Lee Windle, age 55, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away February 2, 2015. He fought a tough battle with ALS. Steve was born October 5, 1959 in Sumter, South Carolina to Stanley and Priscilla (Weaver) Windle. He was a 1978 graduate of Eastmoor High School and worked as a warehouse manager in Las Vegas, Nevada. Steve loved to drive! Steve was passionate about his big truck, old cars and food…. Especially hamburgers and Tommy's Pizza. He loved his springer spaniels, Opie and Lindsey, and believed in living life to the fullest. Along with his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend, Martina Ramirez and her son Anthony; aunts and uncles, Charlene (Harold) Goss, Jane Vermaaten, Rebecca (Bill) Smith, Joseph (Tina) Windle, Tom (Lori) Windle, Deborah (Roger) Winland, Charles (Amanda) Weaver and Gail Schrader; numerous cousins, extended family and good friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his aunts Lola Schrader and Imogene Devore. Family will welcome friends 2-4pm Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH, 43232. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ALS Association, 1170 Old Henderson Rd., Suite 221, Columbus, OH 43220 in his memory.
