Stuart Means Eagleson

Stu was a graduate of Upper Arlington High School and earned a Bachelors Degree from Ohio University. He worked in the banking and insurance industries. Stu was an avid golfer, stamp and coin collector, and enjoyed astronomy and using his telescope.

Stu will be greatly missed by his wife, Sue Eagleson; brother, Geoffrey Eagleson; sister, Sally Zitelli; niece, Holly (Rick) Sadofsky; grandniece, Lila; stepbrothers, Mike Saunders, Tom Saunders, Daniel Saunders (deceased); stepsister, Susan Saunders Chandler (deceased); brother-in-law, Dick (Anne) James; sister-in-law, Patti (Jon) Heintzelman; and other nieces, nephews and family members.

Private graveside will be held at Green Lawn Cemetery. For friends and family a noon reception on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 will be held at Dick and Anne James’s home at 2200 N. Parkway Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43221.
