Susan M. Kerber (nee Griffin)

Susan M. Kerber (nee Griffin), age 81, of Columbus, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, October 20, 2009. She was born April 30, 1928 in Columbus. Susie worked for Huntington Bank for 15 years and was a member of St. Matthias Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Eliza Griffin and grandson, Christopher, Susie will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 61 incredible years, Eugene “Gene”; children, Bill (Nena) Kerber, Mary-Jeanne (Gene) Minturn, Michael (Denise) Kerber, and Peggy (Bruce) Scott; grandchildren, Craig (Megan), Paul, Todd, Josh, BJ (Kara), Jennifer, Jacob, Nicholas, Annamarie, Daniel (Heather), Zachary (Carissa), and Alex (Mandy); 11 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 10am Saturday, October 24, 2009 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1582 Ferris Rd., Columbus, Fr. Richard F. Engle and Fr. James T. Smith, Co-Celebrants. Family will receive friends Friday from 2-5pm and 6-8pm with a wake service at 6pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery.
