Suzanne M. (Hoover) Hill

She will be lovingly remembered by her children Vicki (Doug) Justice, Annette Neely, Nancy Neely, Barb (Joe) Vincequerra, her grandchildren Amy (Jeremy) Mangus, Robert Jones, Jessie McKee, Eric Vincequerra, Cabrina Adams, Jordee Adams, Rachel Vincent, her great-grandchildren Kaighla Seipel, Amethyst Moorefield, Devin Hartley, Andrew Hartley, Tyler Hartley, Ana Adams, Braxton Adams, Jayla Adams, Amya and Xavier Lucas Carter, Brystol Justice and she had 1 great-great-grandchild due in March. She had many friends including her best friend Susan Seibel and many more friends and family which were not mentioned.

She was preceded in death by her father, Maynard Hoover; mother, Nancy Leone Hoover; her husband Jerry Hill; and her sister Barbara Hoover Basil.

She was a member of Crossroads United Methodist Church and she knew and loved the Lord.

For 35 years she worked for Sears Roebuck and Discover Card and after she retired went to work for Walmart. She worked for Walmart for 15 years and continued to work up to the age of 81.

She was a hard worker and although her health was failing for years, few people knew the extent of her struggle. Her joy for life, contagious loving spirit and her love for her family kept her pushing through.

Despite her large family and vast number of friends, she always made time for everyone, but you better not bother her if she was watching her beloved Buckeyes play. She always provided advice, encouragement support and love to each person. She would proudly boast about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to anyone who would listen. She was forgiving, caring and she had a love that knew no bounds.

A part of her will live on in all those she knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed on Earth. This is not Goodbye but until we meet again.

Family will gather on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 2-3 pm at Crossroads United Methodist Church, 1100 South Hague Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43204 where a Celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 pm followed by fellowship at 4:00 pm.
