

Tamara Rose Mowery, 76, of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly November 29, 2015. She was born May 9, 1939 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Ward Warfield and Leila Davis-Warfield; also preceded in death by her daughter Maria Mowery and sister, Vera Warfield-Toohey. Tamara graduated from Barnesville High School and maintained a strong work ethic all of her life, having worked at Anheiser Busch, North American Rockwell, Gruman Flexible and Port Columbus. As a young mother, she volunteered much of her time in assisting children with special needs. Tamara is survived by her two sons, Edward Mowery and Ronald Mowery (Lori Friend, fiance); granddaughters, Patience (Allen) Dwyer (and her mother Nicole Jackson), Brittany (Dakota) Hill and Karly Mowery; great-grandchildren, Evan, Wyatt, Presleigh and Marly; sister, Anita Warfield Akers; half-brother, Henry “Sonny” Bradstock; She will also be dearly missed by her loving and supportive boyfriend of 30 years, Robert Hobbs, and his children, Robert Jr., Dianna, Melissa and Debra. Family will welcome friends 4-7pm Friday, December 4, 2015 at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus, OH 43229 where services will be held at 10am Saturday; interment to follow in Union Cemetery; Rev.
