Teresa Lynn Cassady

Teresa was born on April 17, 1962 in Columbus and grew up in Westerville, Ohio, a graduate from Westerville South in 1980. She was wed to the love of her life Dan on May 1, 1981. They Celebrated 42 years together before he passed away this past October, we find peace knowing they are once again reunited in heaven. Teresa was a mother to two Children, Crystal and David, and six grandchildren. She had multiple careers in her life, including being a tenured school bus driver with Westerville City Schools.

Teresa was a devoted wife, mother, maw-maw, sister and friend. She had an uncanny ability to find and spread happiness daily. Her pleasant personality and nurturing spirit were contagious to everyone she came in contact with. She loved spending time with her greatest accomplishments- her children and grandkids, supporting them tirelessly in all their endeavors. Teresa was a bright light in this world, always smiling. We will remember her laugh-the unmistaken “Climer Cackle” and her ability to make everyone feel seen and loved.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Worley Melvin Climer and her husband, Harry Daniel Cassady.

Teresa is survived by her children Crystal Lynn (Jason Robert) Caris and David Harry (Alyssa Danielle) Cassady; his grandchildren, Makenna Jade, Camryn Cassady, Kaelyn Delaney, Adeline Elizabeth, Kyler James, and Dakota Rose; Mother Evelyn Louise Climer, siblings Mary Climer, Mark Climer (Diane), Mike Climer (Laura), Tammy Climer, and Matt Climer (Jen). Multiple Cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family will accept friends from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Advantage by Schoedinger North, 5554 Karl Rd. Columbus, OH 43229. Followed by a memorial service at 5:00pm with Celebrant Sean Warren officiating.
