

Thelma Ann Munk, 90, of Grove City, Ohio passed away peacefully at Mount Carmel West Hospital on Saturday, February 10th, 2018, in the company of her loving family. She was the second daughter of A.J. (Ollie) and Ethel Trapp. Thelma was a quiet, caring and compassionate woman who loved to laugh, bowl, play bingo, crochet afghans and spend quality time with her family. She was voted Homecoming Queen for her Grove City High School class of 1945. Thelma retired from the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics after 25 years of service. Thelma has two surviving children, John (Kay) Turner and Leslie (Jeffrey) Kramer of Grove City. "Meemaw" will be greatly missed by her four grandchildren, Eve Stevenson of Columbus, Christopher (Laura) Kramer of Dyer IN, Nerissa (Dan) Hoy of Columbus and Nora (John) Vancleave of Grove City, and her four great grandchildren, Evan and Landon and Grayson and Daphne. She is survived by three sisters, Marjorie Micotto of Mount Sterling, Eileen Lambert of Grove City and Kathleen Brennan of Harbor Hills, as well as several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Munk, son Robert Nicholas (Nicky) Turner and another infant son Joseph Turner. She will be forever remembered and loved by her family and friends. Friends may call 2-4pm and 6-8pm on February 14th at Schoedinger Funeral Home, 3920 Broadway, Grove City. A Mass will be held to celebrate her life February 15th, 1Oam at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3752 Broadway, Grove City. Interment to follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery, 6440 High Street, Lockbourne, OH.
