Thomas William Hart

THOMAS WILLIAM HART, age 75, went to be with the Lord on February 7, 2018. Surrounded by family he peacefully passed away in Kansas City, MO. He was born on March 16, 1942 in Ossining, NY to James T. Hart and Beulah N. Hart. He spent his childhood growing up in Butler, PA and graduated as a star football player from Butler High School. He then attended Youngstown State University where he met the love of his life Francine C. Revish and married her in 1966.

Thomas is leaving behind his wife Francine of 51 years, his sons Thomas W. Hart II, Dr. Gregory S. Hart (Michelle), Damon P. Hart (Kathy), along with 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Also leaving behind his siblings Dr. Donald Hart (Ellen), Bonnie Taylor, LeeAnn Bennett, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, along with friends from New Wilmington, PA; Sharon, PA; Columbus, OH; and Overland Park, KS. Preceded in death by his parents and sisters Minnie Dillard, Janie Thornton, Barbara Jordan, Evelyn Preston, Lucille Settles, James Pryor.

He had the gift of fellowship, sparking a hearty conversation with anyone who crossed his path making people laugh and smile. He enjoyed golfing and following his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. Prior to moving to Overland Park, Kansas in 2017 he was a member of Eagle Rock Church (Pickerington, OH) and loved the teachings of Pastor Les Bowling.
