Thomas Alan Johnson was born in Marion, Ohio, on December 1, 1947 and passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carol Johnson (nee Ingham); his son Scott and his wife Briana; and 2 granddaughters, Abby and Millie. He worked for ADT for 25 years. He loved his family and was so proud of them. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. We thank all of our dear friends for their support throughout his lifetime. Special thanks to the Fairfield Kidney Center for their wonderful care. We thank our new found family in Utah and Canada for their love and support.
