Thurman "Rusty" Keen Jr.

Rusty was a graduate of Groveport High School. He also attended Eastland Vocational School where he studied as a machinist. Rusty was the manager at Keen’s Body Shop for 30 plus years until he retired. He really enjoyed the relationships he made from his customers and vendors. Rusty was a member of the Bucks n Does square dancing club, and enjoyed gardening, woodworking and was an avid gun collector. One of Rusty’s favorite things was donating his time on Christmas morning by delivering gifts to children as Santa Claus. He also played Santa Claus at the Alum Creek Christmas lights and at Bethlehem on Broad. He loved playing with his grandchildren and was happiest when they were around.

Rusty will be greatly missed by his children, TR (Ashleigh) Keen, Amy (Jason Gostrue) Keen and Dustin (Stephanie) Keen; siblings, Dave (Donna) Keen, Jay (Gay) Keen and Andy Keen; and grandchildren, Ariana. Thomas, Hannah, Bryan, Kaila, Jenna, Austin, Merissa, Colton, Camilla and Octavia. In addition to his parents, Rusty was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Keen.
