Timothy Dee Anderson

Timothy Dee Anderson, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 9, 2011. He was born April 21, 1958 in Zanesville, Ohio and was a 1976 graduate of Sheridan High School. Tim was known for his strong work ethic, having worked for The Shelly Company from the age of 17 until present day. He will be remembered as a selfless, dedicated man who was always fully present in the moment. He was a prankster, a Buckeye fan, an avid hunter and member of Ducks Unlimited… but above all, he was a family man. He was a devoted and loving husband to Sue (Whipkey) Anderson; proud and supportive father to Ashley (Adam) Foltz and adoring grandpa to Anderson “Andie” Nicole Foltz. He will also be missed by his mother, Ellagene Diley; brother, Terry Lee (Melissa) Anderson; mother-in-law, Carol Whipkey; sisters-in-law, Debby Whipkey and Teresa (Tom) Carman; brother-in-law, William (Debbie) Whipkey, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Zachary and Erin Anderson and their daughter, Leilani; Cory Anderson; Elizabeth Whipkey and her children, Kaitlyn and Kyler; Thomas Wiseman (Amber Yeagley) and their children, Rain and Lucas Wiseman; and all of his “family” at The Shelly Company. Tim was a highly respected man by all who knew him. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Raymond Anderson, father-in-law, William Whipkey, Sr. and beloved dog, Duke. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8pm Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Boring-Sheridan-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 56 S. Main St., Thornville, OH 43076. Funeral Services will be held at 11am Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, 65 E. Columbus St., Thornville, OH 43076; interment to follow in Lutheran Reformed Cemetery, Thornville, Ohio.
