Timothy Fitzpatrick

Tim Fitzpatrick, age 55, passed away on Oct. 9, 2017. Tim was born on January 20, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio to James and Teresa (Daniszewski) Fitzpatrick. Tim was an avid sports fan - his favorite teams were The Cincinnati Bearcats, Bengals, Reds and The Ohio State Buckeyes. It was never a surprise to see him watching them on television or attending the games. He was a devoted worker and friend to everyone who knew him during his 15 years at the YMCA of Columbus. Tim was a caring, generous person and his final act was the gift of sight through eye donation. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Greg Fitzpatrick and great-nephew Jaiden Dixon. He is survived by his siblings, James, Michael, Joe, William and Carol Miller (Fred Seal); nieces, Nicole Fitzpatrick, Shannon (Enrique) Magana, Noelle (Christopher) Anderson; nephews, Jeff Miller, Matthew Miller and Sean (Laura) Fitzpatrick, along with many other extended family members and friends. The family wishes to express sincere thanks and gratitude for the care provided by West Park Rehab Center and especially the staff of Mt. Carmel West Medical ICU as the care and compassion given to Tim will always be remembered.
