Toni Queen Fortune, age 24, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2018. She was born in California on April 14, 1994. Toni is survived by loving husband, Michael Pack; two beautiful sons, Royce and Michael "M.J."; father, Tony Fortune; mother, LaShawn Fortune; siblings, Ronald Jones, Ray Washington, and Tajia Fortune; grandparents, Alex and Genevieve Fortune; mother and father in-law, Debbie and Dean Collins; cousin, Roxanne Chavez; and many other loving family members and friends. A service to honor Toni's life will be held at a later date, in lieu of flowers donations in Toni's memory may be made to the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
