Tyler Jacob Bateman, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Aug. 16, 2026. He was born on Feb. 24, 1993 in Columbus, Ohio. He joins in death his grandfather Robert Lee Bateman Sr. and his cousin cousin Michael Eierman. Tyler leaves behind his mother Laura Bateman; children Tyler Bateman, Jacob Bateman and Nichole Bateman; siblings Jordan Hall, Elijah Hall and Sara Gannon as well as grandmother Eleanor Smith. He will also be deeply missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends. Tyler loved nature walks especially with his children. He also enjoyed helping people, making people laugh as his sense of humor was top notch.
