Most of all, Virgil loved to spend time with his family and friends. Virgil was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Larie Lovejoy; father, Romie G. Lovejoy; parents, Cicil and Dasie Thompson; children, Steven and Laura Lovejoy; sisters, Imogene Layne, Betty Cline, and Helen Fuller; grandson, Eric; and great granddaughter, Kennedy.
