Virginia Marie Limbach

Virginia Marie Limbach, age 93, was called to her Heavenly Home April 29, 2015. Virginia was born January 19, 1922 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Weldon and Marie Ruby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Melvin J. Limbach, Sr., son Melvin J. Limbach, Jr., brother Ralph Ruby and sister Mary Rusher.

She is survived by her daughter Linda(Stephen) Crum, daughter-in-law Kathleen Limbach, grandchildren Terese Limbach, Jay(Liz) Limbach, Mel(Tiffany) Limbach, Stephanie(Doug) Brookens and Aaron(Heather) Crum; great grandchildren Kristeen Limbach, Cody, Kacey, Alyssa, Alyxis and Alyana Limbach, Natalie and Lauren Starkey, Cory, Conner and Olivia Crum and niece Janet Downs. Virginia retired from the Columbus Public Schools where she served as an elementary school secretary. She was a faithful and founding member of Concordia Lutheran Church.

Family will receive friends from 11am – 1pm, Monday, May 4, 2015 at Concordia Lutheran Church, 225 Schoolhouse Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43228, where her Funeral Service will follow at 1pm. Pastor Darren Harbaugh officiating. Private family internment Union Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Schoedinger Northwest Chapel in Upper Arlington.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in her memory to Concordia Lutheran Church, 225 Schoolhouse Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43228.
