Walter F. Welch, age 73 of Grove City, passed away December 4, 2011. Walter is a U.S. Marine Veteran and retired in 2003 from General Electric. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Welch; children, Gregory (Wanda) Welch, Jodi Doherty, Jeff (Tamee) Welch, and Stacy (Greg) Kavy; 7 grandchildren; and many other extended family and dear friends. Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, December 9, 2011 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3730 Broadway, where family will receive friends from 9:30 A.M. Friday until time of service.
