

Weldon Frederick Koker, 92, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021. He was born March 5, 1929 in Reynoldsburg, Ohio to the late Arthur and Golda (Colmer) Koker. He was a 1947 graduate of Athens High School. Weldon was an excellent woodworker and was retired, with 47 years of service, from Big Bear. He loved to fish, especially with his grandchildren, and also enjoyed camping and traveling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Linda Louise Beavers and Marla Rae Howells; granddaughter, Diana Musselwhite; and brother, Hubert Koker. Weldon is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Rose Koker; daughter, Roslyn Clay; grandchildren, Douglas (Jennifer) Clay, Laura (Patrick) Londergan; Jennifer (Joshua) Phillips, John Carmody, Lance (Rhonda) Howells, Kara (Jenna) Howells; great-grandchildren, Alan, Sarah, Erin, Amber, Nathan, Emma, Cohen, Luke, and Levi; and many other relatives and friends. A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 at Sunset Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, Ohio 43119.
