Wilbur Kolb Allen, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at his residence. Wilbur was preceded in death by his wife Thresa Allen; parents Gracie (Kolb) and Robert T. Allen, Sr.; son Ronald Allen and 2 grandsons. He is survived by his wife Denise Allen; children Jacqueline (John) Ash, Marcia (Abraham) Jones, Steven (Teri) Allen, David (Carmen) Allen, Jeffery (Crystal) Allen; Dana, Deena, and Devon (Laura) Richard; daughter-in-law Celeste Allen; 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Friends may call 10-11am Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Hilliard Church of Christ, 4300 Avery Rd. where a funeral service will follow at 11:00am with Danny Vanscoy officiating. Interment will be at Kingwood Memorial Park.
