Wilda Graduated from Central High School, Class of 1944. She retired from Conrail in 1989.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Richard L. Chapman and he was a retired police officer; brother, Jack E. Martin; nephew, Donald Martin
Wilda is survived by her daughter Cynthia (Bruce) Kinsley; granddaughter, Karen L. Chapman; sister, Phyllis A. Stall; sister-in-law, Ruth Martin; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 on September 21, 2020 at Heart and Hope by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43204. A Graveside service will begin at 2pm at Sunset Cemetery.
