William Calvin Bland

William Calvin Bland, age 67, of Columbus, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. William was born in Williamston, North Carolina on May 5, 1950. He and his wife, Kathrine also resided in New York, New York for many years. He retired from FedEx SmartPost in Grove City. He was preceded in death by his father, William Bland; mother in-law, Mrs. Janie Brooks; father in-law, Charles Brooks; sisters- in-law, Ineatha (Joseph) Milligan and Lillian Tondee; and brother in-law, Jimmy Howard. William is survived by his wife, Kathrine Brooks Bland; son, Malik William Watson; step-son, Kyle Lemar Matthews; mother, Mrs. Jean Bland Keel; siblings, Curtis Bland, Pete Bland, Doris Bland, Pamela Bland, Carol Bland, Dennis Bland, and Mary Bland; sisters in-law, Martha Howard and Tara Rowley; brothers in-law, Curtis Hall and Allen Snowden; and a host of nieces, nephews, and family members.
