

Beloved Father, Husband, Son, Brother and Uncle passed away Tuesday November 29th, 2017 at the age of 40 unexpectedly. Billy will forever be remembered by his wife Crystal and his precious children; William Lee V, Lillian Rose, Kaitlynn Faith, and Shelby Grace. By his parents; William Lee Hinkle III and Beth and Mark Brown. His sisters and brothers; Amy (Mike) Kostic, Andy (Angie) Hinkle, Justin Hinkle, Matthew (Tonya) Brown and Megan Brown. Billy will also be remembered by his Aunt; Mary Garrison and Uncles; Scott Garrison, Michael Hinkle, Phillip Brown and Perry Brown. His nephews; Eric Kostic, Spencer and Cameron Hinkle, Conner and Logan Brown and niece; Madison Brown and extended family and dear friends. Billy is predeceased by his Grandpa and Grandma William and Lucy Hinkle, Grandpa and Grandma Earle and Marianne Garrison, Grandpa Harold Brown, Uncle Eric Garrison and Uncle and Aunt Rich and Sue Haines.
Billy was born on December 11th, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from The Greene County Career Center in 1995 specializing in Carpentry. Billy spoke nostalgically about his childhood in Dayton, OH and sentimental visits to Columbus, OH to visit his grandparents and family.
Billy also enjoyed playing the guitar and drums after putting in the patience and perseverance of teaching and mastering his music himself. After losing his hearing from surviving spinal meningitis at the tender age of two, Billy taught himself at his own pace.
Billy was known for his constant creative and entertaining well timed jokes that brought a giggle and smile with joy and happiness to his loved ones.
Billy was very kind to people, had a huge heart and enjoyed taking care of the elderly in nursing facilities throughout his career.
Private visitation at the HOPE and HEART FUNERAL HOME BY SCHOEDINGER, 3030 West Broad Street. Columbus, Ohio 43204. Mass of Christian Burial will also be celebrated at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 2165 West Broad Street. Columbus, Ohio. Fr Kevin Lutz, Celebrant. Followed by burial at Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio.
