William M. Stephens

William Mitchell Stephens passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the age of 74. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Robert and Faye Stephens. He was also predeceased by his son Marc, stepson Dan Longfellow, and brother Bobby Stephens.

Bill is survived by wife Janet, son Jeramy, sister Linda Mieczkowski and brother Mark (Erin) Stephens. Grandchildren Alaina Stephens and Kristopher Stephens-Rankin. Many neices and nephews and so many cherished friends. His beloved dog Scoobie.

Bill was so proud of his Navy military service. He was recently accepted for the Honor Flight which was truly an honor. He was also very social and was always ready for any gathering. It went without saying Friday nights at his house was a tradition with his friends for many years. He enjoyed bowling, concerts, and sporting events. The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns had a special place in his heart.

Bill retired from Crescent Electric Supply.

Bill fought a courageous battle with cancer and we admired his determination. Donations in Bill's memory can be made to The Wounded Warriors Project or Speak for the Unspoken which is a foster rescue group focusing on dogs with special needs.

There will be a celebration of life to be determined later.

Advantage by Schoedinger North has been entrusted with his private cremation. A Celebration of his Life service will be held at a later date.
