William Squire Young

William S. "Bill" Young, age 75, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018. He was born on August 19, 1942 in Walton, West Virginia to the late Squire and Sybil (Fields) Young. Bill was a plumber for 50+ years. He was a successful entrepreneur owning many rental properties as well as several bars. He enjoyed gambling and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bill will be remembered barking out orders and his outgoing, strong personality. He will be greatly missed by his companion, Phillimenia Parsley; children, Markus (Karla) Young, Gerri (Randy) Nester, Missy Parsley, Tina Parsley and Ressa (Jason) Virgin; grandchildren, Kalen (Amanda) Nester, Kelsey Nester, Tricia, Katie (Wayne) Dean, Keelia Nester, Camearon Young, Tiffani, Rachael, Jeremy, Joey, Jennifer, Ashley and Andrea; great-grandchilren, Tristen, Peighton, Jr., Brianna, Christian, Laila, Yoli, Loretta, Juan, Wrigley and Juliette; sisters, Connie Allman, Norma Richards and Bob Young; many nieces and nephews, other family members and dear friends. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his siblings, Doris Webb, Fred Young and Phyllis Vineyard. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 where a funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, June 27, 2018.
