Wilma Jean Jones

Wilma "Jean" Jones, age 79, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016. She was born in Cambridge, Ohio on July 10, 1937 to the late Harry and Ellen Duffey. Jean graduated from Cambridge High School and retired from Columbia Gas after 16 years of dedicated service. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Guernsey Chapter #211 in Cambridge, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Byrd Jones; son, Sammy Lee Jones; and siblings, Raymond Duffey, Ruth Waxler, and Janet Skeslock. She is survived by her children, Gene (Tonya Morris) Jones, Steven Jones, and Deeanna (Tony) Hazen; grandchildren, Brady Jones, and Carter, Madelyne, and Celia Hazen; siblings, Norma (Dick) Eubanks, Joyce (Jim) Casey, and Mary Ellen (Dennis) Smith; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
