Born in Akron to the late Artie and Grace (Thomas) Lutz, she was a graduate of Mifflin High School and worked for many years for both Drs. McBride and Hanley as a medical and office assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years in 2005, John M. Taylor, who retired with the rank of Sergeant from the Gahanna Police Department. She was a devoted wife and mother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. She is survived by her son Glen, daughter-in-law Jamie, and grandchildren AJ and Kylie.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 4-7PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11AM with Rev. Joe Duvall officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden.
