Yesim Baughman

Yeşim attended Franklin University but left school to take care of family. She worked at the Post Office for a few years before going to work at Lazarus and then finally J.C. Penny's.

Yeşim loved to read. Any book was a good book. She also loved to knit. Over the years she has knitted several blankets, scarves, hats and sweaters for her family and friends. Another hobby was sketching designs. In her younger years, when she still lived in Turkey, she would sketch various clothing designs and give them to a tailor to have her outfits made.

Yeşim will be greatly missed by all her family, friends, and all the wonderful people at Kobacker House

In addition to her parents, Yeşim was preceded in death by her husband Carl, her sister Çiğdem Eryavuz and her brother Gurz Güngil.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221, where a visitation will follow until 2 PM. Private graveside at Union Cemetery.
