Yvonne Jean Honeybrink

Yvonne J. Honeybrink, age 71 of Columbus, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015. Yvonne was born in England and grew up in Cincinnati, oldest child of the late Robert and Margaret Hedrick. Yvonne worked for 37 years as a Realtor, the last 25 with RE/MAX North where she was a member of the Honeybrink-Zorio Team. Yvonne touched many families through her profession. She was a hard worker who never took no for an answer. She was a past member of FNCCC, past President of the Olentangy Highbluffs Association, and was a current member of the Columbus Board of Realtors. She was optimistic, positive, and always put others above herself. As busy as Yvonne was with her career, she always made time for the most important thing in her life…her family. She truly enjoyed spending time with family, especially grandchildren, and was always present at every sporting event, performance, or special occasion. In addition, Yvonne also enjoyed traveling and spending time outdoors working in her yard. She will be greatly missed by her loving children, Heather (Michael) Zorio, Gregory Honebrink, and Angie (finance, Jeremy Bally) Honebrink; beloved grandchildren, Zoe Kimura and Anthony Zorio; and siblings, Tom (Glinda) and Mike (Maryellen) Hedrick, Marian (Jeff) Hughes, and Cathy Ruter; and many other extended family members and dear friends. An open house for Yvonne will be held from 1-4pm Sunday, September 27 at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 North High Street, Worthington. A celebration of life service will be held there at 1pm Monday, September 28 with Celebrant Andrew Hoover officiating.
