Zachary Neiswinger

June 19, 2007 – August 11, 2023
Obituary of Zachary Neiswinger
IN THE CARE OF

Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services by Schoedinger–Hilltop

Zachary was only 16 years old when he passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023. He was a young man full of energy and enthusiasm, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Our family has been devastated by the loss of such a kind and loving soul. He was quiet and reserved but enjoyed traveling with the family, riding jet skis, using large tractors for yard projects, bike riding, building Legos, and Friday night movie nights. He also did some amazing work in his pottery classes at school, which he really enjoyed. As our family struggles to come to terms with our grief, we realized that we wanted to do something more than just flowers at a memorial service to honor his memory. We have decided to start a memorial fundraiser in his name, with the goal of paying for memorial and funeral services and finishing a landscaping project that Zachary helped design - our next big project. We live in Ohio on 3 acres of land. We had just started the landscaping project, which was to include planting trees, koi ponds with a stream, and a centerpiece of an arched bridge over the stream leading to a paved patio seating area. For anyone that knows me (Paul Neiswinger), you know I go all-in, and we will be supercharging Zachary's design to create a peaceful, Zen-like place to provide a calm, relaxing place to embrace all the wonderful memories that we got to share with Zachary. Although Zachary was taken from this world far too soon, our family has been able to find a sense of healing through the love and support of family, friends, and our entire community.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Dewey and Helen Stogner. Survived by his parents, Paul and Shelley Neiswinger; sisters, Ashley and Taylor; grandparents, Larry and Kathy Neiswinger; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. All funeral services are private, if you would like to assist the family in honoring Zachary please visit his go fund me page to help the family finish his landscaping project. https://www.gofundme.com/f/zachary-neiswinger-memorial-fundraiser.
