Anthony G. Regina passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on June 22, 2015 at the age of 93. Anthony was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 29, 1921 to Francesco Regina and Angelina Labita. Anthony worked at the Brooklyn Navy Ship Yards. He then moved on to work for the Furniture Workers Union 76B in the Bronx, New York. Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Anita Regina; son Frank Regina (Christine Smalec) of Congers, NY; his daughter Angela Cella (Regina) of Sloatsburg, NY; his 3 loving grandchildren: Lauren, Robbie and Christopher and his sister Frances Passeggiata of Topeka, Kansas as well as many nieces and nephews.Family will receive visitors at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service, Inc., Congers on Wednesday, June 24 from 7-9pm and on Thursday, June 25 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paul's Church 10am on Friday. Burial will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 650 Saddle River Road, Airmont, NY 10952.
