Elaine R. Carioscia, 80, passed away peacefully at home on January 26, 2016. Elaine was born in the Bronx, NY on October 16, 1935. Her greatest joys came from her family. Elaine is survived by her three children: Nancy, Vincent, and Matthew Jr.; her 6 loving grandchildren Sean, Jaclynn, Anthony, Heather, Peter, and Alexandra. Her family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in Congers, NY. Mass will be held on Saturday, 10am, at St. Paul’s Church in Congers followed by interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Nyack, NY.
