Kevin Cifuni passed away on February 13, 2013. He was born in Nyack, NY on April 13, 1985. He worked in construction and lived in Congers, NY. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 9-11:30am at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc. Mass will take place on Tuesday at 12:00 noon at St. Paul's Church. Burial to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
