Stephen J. Kehoe Sr. of Valley Cottage, NY, age 70, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2014. Stephen was a lifelong resident of Valley Cottage. He was born on July 27, 1944 to Charles and Theresa Kehoe. He graduated from Nyack High School and married Mary Anne Quackenbush in 1965. Stephen was employed by New York Traprock in West Nyack and later became an over the road truck driver for Marten Transportation. He is survived by his wife Mary; his five children, Jeanette Venerus, Stephen Kehoe Jr., Jason Kehoe, Jeremy Kehoe, and Jessica Kehoe; in addition to his 8 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Kevin Kehoe, of Holmes, NY and several nieces and nephews. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. A memorial will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 11:30am-2:30pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home in Congers, NY. A service will be held at 2pm at the funeral home.
