Hazel was born in Manchester, Kentucky on October 27, 1928 to Noah and Bertha Williams.
Hazel is survived by two daughters and nephew: Melvin Merz.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her son, Michael.
A private viewing will be conducted Friday, May 16, 2014 at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville. Interment will follow in Dale Cemetery.
