Oh my heart aches ! I am just seeing this news for the first time. We were neighbors in Brownsburg. What a beautiful and hurting soul. Kate your sweet and funny personality made for great conversations. Your love for Molly and Mason were undeniably huge. Much love to them and all left behind. ❤️

Dearest Kate, the world is less one beautiful, bright star. I will miss your smile and irresistible humor, quick wit and observations. I have so many fond memories of holidays and special times together, dear cousin. May your pain be over and may you be with your mom. Miss you both terribly.

Katie was my best friend and have known her since high school. She immediately friended me freshman year when I was the new kid and we became inseparable. I will never forget her contagious laugh, adventurous spirit and comedic personality. We had so many fun times together that are irreplaceable and will hold tight to our great memories. We kept in touch over the years and were able to pick up where we left off even if years passed by. I love you Katie and will miss you.

Kate was so electric! If you weren't having fun and smiling when she was near, there was something wrong with you. She was an amazing mother to her babies, and I am so sorry they have lost both their mom and dad. Prayers for strength and peace to everyone feeling sad right now.

I didn't keep up with Kate after high school, but the thing I remember about her from then was her bubbly and effervescent, always-positive personality. She was ALWAYS excited about whatever was going on. She never met someone that she didn't consider a friend and you would have been hard pressed to find someone whose day she didn't make brighter when she came around.

Kate was my first Florida friend, and for good reason. She had the outgoing personality to match her beautiful smile. She never failed to bring joy and laughter to the people around her. She lived her life like a firecracker....only here for a short while, but with a mystic beauty to the delight of many.

Kate was a wonderful person. I met her when she worked at Burger King when she was in high school. We became friends immediately and kept in touch through the years. She will be missed.
