I worked with Frank at the county a couple of summers when I was in college. He was very good to me. To the family my prayers are with you.

He was a great wonderful person, we've known him for 15 years. We still see his wife very much. because she is around the corner. She is a great person too.

Meeting Frank and Earline truly was a privilege I will always remember, Mike has shared many stories of the Smith family growing up with Frank and Earline leading the family in all sorts of situations. What a blessing that must have been. We would stop by on our bikes and Frank would always greet me with a hearty "Hello John, how ya doing." He always had something positive to say. May God rest his soul and give Earline peace in her heart knowing Frank will be sitting at the right hand of God watching the family continue life with pride and confidence.
God bless you Frank
until we meet again.
