I’m so sorry for your loss.. I worked at Walmart with Marty. She was a very nice lady and fellow associate. I remember one year the associates had a party for our associate profit sharing bonus checks. We had a nice cookout with steak and fixings and the desserts were made by the associates. Marty had made a (made from scratch no boxed cake mix here) German Chocolate cake. It was so good.. I told her I had to have the recipe to which she gave me a copy of her recipe...and to this day I still have it.
