Mitchell and I started Calfrac together in 2009. We started from the bottom learning together all the way up to becoming supervisors and running our own crew, during that time we became brothers & homies! We shared personal problems and our personal victories along the way! He was without a doubt the proud dad of both his boys. Constantly talking about his football stars they were going to be! We would sit for hours watching football clips and the whole time he was grinning from ear to ear! He was so pumped about this coming football season! We were planning on taking vacation to go to Brady's first game this year! I have to admit I became a fan myself! Our last day of work the 25th Mitch was on cloud 9 ALL day!! We talked for about an hour about everything we had been through together & how much time we spent together. We told stories to the crew and had them laughing, and in disbelief from things we've seen & done. He even talked Brady going into the 9th grade, Mitch was ready to watch him "Beast out on the field". Toward the end of that conversation Mitch reached over and gave that one arm headlock hug he's known for. He told me he loved me and told me thank you for always having his back. I told him I loved him too and I was very proud of him. Then we went outside and tossed the football for a few minutes! I will forever cherish that moment with my homie & brother!! I Love you Mitch!!! I will forever remember you!! #Trump2024!!

My bag is packed, tomorrow I will fly to Arkansas to be with my Nephew one more time. This is a time of great sorrow, and a time to connect with family I haven't seen for a long time, and to meet Mitch's sons. My first time I met Mitch was when he, Tamara, and my Brother moved to Arkansas. He always wore a smile, and was very good and respectable to all he was with.  Mitch, my daughter's and Kira Adams grew up together. Over the years, after I moved North, I saw him a few times, same smile, same kindness. He will be missed, but never forgotten. 

They tell me that the business of life is the acquisition of memories and Mitch is an important part of our collection.  His mother, Tammy, looked after him with all the love and devotion possible throughout his life.  His sons are blessed with knowing they were loved. I'm completely in shock....I've only had the pleasure of knowing Mitchell for a few months. In the time I've gotten to know him, I've learned what his heart loved and knew... His boys had that man's heart, and if anything, I hope that they know just how much they meant to him.   I'm devastated Mitchell...as I feel like there was so much left to say..my prayers are with his family and most importantly his boys. You were a good man that just wanted to protect your sons from this crazy world, and I'll miss you so much! Rest in peace soldier!🤍🇺🇲🦅

I had the honor of working and carpooling with Mitch for 2+ years at cal frac..
    We were shoulder to shoulder for that time, along with the crew,only separated by his two true loves; His Boys!!!! On his days off!!
    Biggest heart of anybody I knew, hard worker, very loyal friend..

Mitch came into my life as a 2 yr old blond toddler. What a cutie he was. I was lucky enough to see him grow into a tall lanky shy teenager. Unfortunately as time does get away from us, I never got to see Mitch grow into the fine young man he became. My heart is heavy. All my love and prayers go out to his sons and his mother, Tammy and all his friends other family members. 

Our deepest sympathy for your tragic loss.  May God's strength and grace guide you through the darkness and fill the emptiness with loving memories of your dad and son.  I cherish this picture of Mitch, Bobby,  and Beth.  He was a true light in the world.  I will always remember his warm smile and how he made those around him smile because of it.  

  My brother from another mother(like literally bc my dad & his mom were married for almost 13yrs) & even tho we grew apart over time & differences just know still love ya broski & always will!! He was 1 damn true hero & 1 hell of caring/ loving father, we know you'll miss your boys but hey least your up there with your daughter!!!

I served beside De mo . He was brave and Honorable .. His life was that of a hero and true friend ..He was a loving father and a man to be admire . I have many military pictures with him .. I will cherish him always . Here is one picture . I am the one on the left of DeMo 

We are so sorry for yalls loss. Our hearts are broken. Mitch was a great neighbor, He was always smiling, loved his boys so much, always so nice and fun to talk to. I am so sorry for your loss, I will be praying for your family.  I know Mitch will be looking down watching his lonely boys.  I will miss Hunter coming over to play with Scotchie and telling me how his day in school went.

I will always remember Mitch's smile and laughter.  My heart hurts. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.  May God wrap his arms around all you and give you peace and comfort.

I’m blessed to have met such an amazing man and father. His boys truly were everything to him. I’m so glad I got to know all about him. I wish I could’ve spent more time laughing and talking to him. My heart goes out to his babies and his mom. He loved them more than anything ❤️
