Regina Pauletta (Hamm) Benton, 72, of Conway, went home to be with her eternal father on May 25, 2021. Pauletta was born on July 20, 1947, in Toneyville, Ark. to the late Gerald and Daisy Hamm. Her extended family included many friends and anyone her boys brought home from school or college as she went out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed in her home.

Pauletta is preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters Barbara Douglas and Delores House. She is survived by her brother Robert (Patti) Hamm of Nashville, Ten., and Daisy Colvert of Jacksonville, Ark. She leaves behind her beloved husband Tim, sons Scott, Blake (Angie), Jason, and Bryce Benton, and granddaughters Ella and Blythe Benton.

Remembering Pauletta with love and recalling when we were neighbors on Oaklawn. I was concerned who would move into the Siria’s house and was overjoyed when I got to know Pauletta and family. Our boys had lots of fun together and we enjoyed our times together. You were so sweet and fun. God bless you Tim and boys in your time of sorrow.

I just heard about Pauletta, I was so upset, but found it hard not to smile thinking of her. I have great memories of working at PK’s and Pauletta would bring me something delicious she cooked and would hang out and visit. She was one of my favorites. She adored her family of boys and I can only imagine what a fantastic grandmother she was. I hope all your memories can serve as some comfort…. She was the best, so I know there are a lot. Sending prayers and love to the whole family.

Tim and Family,

I got to know Pauletta when Bryce was at Bob Courtway Middle School. She was always so sweet and such a wonderful person. Through the years when we would see each other, we would pick right back up with our conversations that we had from middle school days. She was so proud of her sons and her granddaughters. She will truly be missed.

Sincerely,

Mary Smith

Tim and Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Tim, you and Pauletta did so much for me. Because of you both, I was able to afford and finish college. You were friends and second parents to me. I am forever grateful for the love you both showed me. Your love for each other was a model! I am praying for comfort and peace for you all.

Love,
Rachel

What great times we had together, at Lake Beaverfork, skiing and playing volleyball. Cooking out and watching "Dallas". Paula, Pauletta and I had such great times together at JA. A beautiful person inside and out. Love and prayers, Jack & Karen

Pauletta was like a second Mom to our daughter Shawn, when she was in college at UCA . She was such a kind and caring person and will be missed by so many . Sending thoughts and prayers to you at this very sad time .

I certainly remember the day she and Tim walked through our front door to buy our house. Then we became the best of friends, each of us raising our four boys. We canned and cooked together all those many years and took turns babysitting for each other. Tim was our pharmacist for years while in Mayflower with Pauletta by his side. We cried many times laughing so hard at mostly my dumb mistakes. She was a precious friend and am devastated for her loss. So sad we kept postponing that lunch together. We love Tim and her boys.
