The first time I had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Nell Glover was in her Sunday school class at Brumley Baptist Church. She pulled me in with her warm smile and I immediately could feel the love! You know, the kind of love that wraps you around with two loving arms! Every time I saw her after this first meeting, she would always ask me in her soft voice, “How are you hon?” You couldn’t help but to fall in love with her! She wouldn’t have it any other way!💕

What a reunion in heaven for Mrs Nell! Not only for her immediate family who awaits her, but the majority of Brumley! Bro. Ron, James and Ramona, Wayne and Ruby, Carl and his mother,Loraine, Marvin, Robin H, Brother Art, , Pitty-Pat, Allan, Monty, many more sweet saints that are in the presence of God! I’ll never forget Mrs Nell sing in quartets on Sunday mornings “The longer I serve Him the sweeter He grows “ what a life song for her! She was a faithful servant. I know she will be missed. What a treasure and legacy for those who remain here . You can’t lose someone if you know where she is! Tamara Tallant

Ms. Nell was one of the first people I met when we joined Brumley in 2016. I immediately just loved her. She was the sweetest, most loving little Southern Lady, full of a charm all her own. She loved the Lord and it showed. I’ll never forget seeing her Easter Sunday all dressed up with her white hat on, but she was pretty quick with that walker and I didn’t get a photo of her. Honestly, Ms. Nell was always dressed up for church. She was a beautiful woman. Losing her was joyful for her because she was getting her reward, but it was a tearful event for me. Prayers for her family that she cherished.

Nell was the sweetest of ladies. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1996, she was the first person I called. She had already been through it and I'll always remember her sweet words of encouragement. To Nancy and the rest of the family we pray God will be with you and ease the pain of losing such a great person.

I am so thankful for the times I spent at the Glover home. Such a sweet lady. She was my Mom's beautician for years. She lived a full life and touched many people. I will be praying for your family.
